Greetings, I am the Broker Owner of a full service, independently owned and operated real estate brokerage. The company performs sales and property management for both residential and commercial properties. I am the managing member of a fix and flip firm, Young Investments LLC, and co-owner of a local title company-Veteran's Escrow and Title Services LLC. I have a master’s degree in organizational management from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and graduated with honors from both universities. I have been licensed and worked in many aspects of the real estate industry for over 30 years, which includes real estate sales, property management, rehab investment, and 5+ years in mortgage loan origination. I received a real estate sales license in 1993 and received a Broker’s license and opened International Realty Plus, in 2001. My volunteer leadership roles included being the 2016 President of the Central Pasco Association of Realtors: President of the Tampa Bay Area chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) in 2015. I have served on the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors Professional Standards and Ethics committee which hears ethics complaints and arbitrates commission disputes between Realtors for over 20 years. I am currently serving as a Director on the Florida Association of Realtors Board of Directors Veteran Status-I retired U.S. Army as a Chief Warrant Officer and Senior Aviator. In the military I was flight qualified in both fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft, with an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) license, and flew internationally.
