We also arrange preventative maintenance services to preempt major repairs and monitor outdoor areas for maintenance, and removal of trash and debris. We maintain and monitor a 24-hour emergency repair hot-line and get multiple independent bids for larger renovation or rehab projects, and act as project managers overseeing the work.
Seamless Tenant Move-out & Property Restoration
When the tenant moves out, we inspect the unit and fill out a report on the property's condition and provide the tenant with the estimated damages while sending the balance of the security deposit to the tenant and forwarding any portion of the owner’s portion of the tenant deposit to the owner or hold in owner reserves for repairs.
